Clayton's Story

Well I don’t think that there was any specific event on paper that can explain our progress this week. I feel that my two employees and I have mostly improved in achieving the business mindset. At the beginning of the week, we were thinking mostly of just how to get new customers. Now we have been discussing the learning curve, and how that can improve revenue and efficiency. We have also trying to develop various types of commission plans where the employee or outside person(s) can find and secure a job; they will receive five percent of the revenue obtained. Also, I have also realized what kind of work and determination it takes to run such a small venture, and am starting to get the feel of how the business world is run.

Premium Steam is a company that details and deep cleans large recreational vehicles such as boats, RV’s, however we are not limited to just recreational vehicles, and we will service all sedans, SUV’s, etc. Currently, Premium Steam is just holding a start-up status, however if the business continues to grow and appears to be gaining clients, Premium Steam will plan on expanding over the next summer. We are located in an area where the majority of the populous own some form of recreational vehicles; we are also surrounded by many new/used car dealerships, and a large RV dealership Blaine Jensen. Premium Steam will attempt to create some form of bond or referral systems with many local businesses to create new clients.
