Becoming a teenage entrepreneur in Riverton Utah was definitely an eye opening experience for me. In some ways it was easier than I had imagined but in others it was far more difficult. Over the past few years I had thought about starting my own business. I liked the idea of being my own boss. My only problem now was figuring out what my business would be.

 

Last December, I went to a converence put on by Young Entrepreneurs of America. With over 650 other high school students I spent the whole day talking to 40-50 actual entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business professionals and investors. Davis County Clipper - Youth Entrepreneurship Article12-7-2007

SANDY — Students from Davis County and across the state discovered the realities of what it takes to succeed in business at a youth summit on Friday.
